The room itself was okay. Located within walking distance of "three Rivers" sculpture. Everything met needs. We loved our time here.

Upon arrival was very warmly greeted, check-in quick and efficient. Room was lovely and spacious - bed very comfortable. At the last minute decided to have dinner in the very smart restaurant which was delicious - also had breakfast in the morning which was great - will definately stay here again!

Stayed there overnight following a party at the hotel - buffet food and service were very good. Breakfast service and food good too.
Bedroom was not clean - mucky carpet and thick dust on edges of wardrobe and drawers . 3-day-old newspaper under table.

I was impressed by the hotel as the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was fine. Our room was upgraded to a four poster bed and a great bathroom.

The hotel, staff and rooms were excellent, and a very friendly place to stay
